NALLE MUSIC SCHOOL is a private music school founded in spring 2002. We do not receive any public funding. NALLE MUSIC SCHOOL is intended to children of all ages. Students from larger distances are also welcome. We specialize in teaching children from 4 to 7 years of age. The founder of the school, Principal Irma Wahlbeck, has over 30 years of experience in teaching music.

Payment of the Term: One term consists of 15 studying weeks.
- 20 minutes lesson: 380 €
- 30 minutes lesson: 540 €

Nalle music school does not have any entry tests or examinations; students are accepted in order of registration. Teaching consists of private lessons, not in groups and the student can choose the length of the private lessons. We recommend one 20 minutes lesson weekly for youngest students, and 30 minutes for older. One term consists of 15 studying weeks.
We especially pay attention to a child's personal needs. Students are actively making choices of their instruments and also the amount of their homework. Students learn the notes, but more importantly we improvise and compose small pieces. We learn improvisation and instrument techniques creatively, using images. We learn harmonies, to have fun and play for example pop-music even alone.
Nalle method is a learning method meant to the children 4-7 years of age. We continue in the spirit of the method also with older students, improvising and composing. The child has to speak Finish or English.
Registration is considered as a binding agreement and it requires the payment of the term. If the student will cancel his/her studies during the term, there will be no return of the payment. If the teacher is unable to come to a lesson, we will either use a substitute or compensate the lesson in other time. If the student is unable to attend the lesson, we require him/her to inform us as early as possible. There will be no compensation of the missed lesson.
Students are required to buy their necessary materials.
